1.) Absolutely No Visitors at any time. 2.) For the comfort of all our guests, The Albatross Motel rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside only. Ashtrays and chairs are provided for your comfort. A $100.00 clean up charge will be applied if smoking has been detected. 3.) No littering. Containers are provided on site for your use. Beer bottles are to be kept in boxes. 4.) No noise after 11:00 p.m. 5.) 1 parking space is provided per unit. Sorry, we are unable to provide extra spaces for additional vehicles. 6.) During long weekends, our guests are provided with a wristband which is to be worn at all times. Failure to wear your wristband may result in expulsion from the Albatross Motel if staff does not recognise you. 7.) NO REFUND GIVEN FOR CANCELLATION. Your reservation is guaranteed at time of booking and is a binding contract. This protects us from cancellations and gives our guests a guarantee of availabilty. 1 night deposit is required upon reservation. 8.) A Good Behaviour Code is in effect at all times. NO REFUND GIVEN IF YOU ARE EVICTED. 9.) Minors are forbidden to drink on Albatross Motel property. 10.) A $50.00 charge will be applied to room if keys or TV remote are lost. 11.) Bed linens and bath towels are provided in each room, but we ask you to please remember to supply your own pool and beach towels. Our linens and furniture are to remain in the rooms. 12.) Rooms must be kept in reasonably clean condition. A $50.00 charge will be applied to room if extra cleaning is required. 13.) Check-In time: 2:00 p.m. - Checkout time: 10:00 a.m.
