Clearview's Music & Market Series

A couple of years ago the township of Clearview began a music and market series to showcase local farm goods and the wares of local artisans and cooks. Vendors sell everything from locally-grown fruits and vegetables to hand-made jewelry, delicious Jamaican food, Argentinian food, Pierogi's, Fresh Lemonade, hand-made baby clothes, cool & kitschy household items and of course handmade soaps & candles made by your humble webmaster Darlene Watters.

There is a beer garden where a single performer plays music until the headlining band hits the stage at the Gazebo. It's a charming little festival which you shouldn't miss if you want to know what life is like here in the Georgian Triangle.

It is a busy market so arrive early enough to get decent parking. Better yet... visit the town before the market starts and see some of the really interesting businesses on the main street. There is a guy who sells handmade pine furniture, antiques, some second-hand stores - all worth a look if you have the time.

Clearview Township has been working hard to bring the talents of locals to the attention of residents and tourists through these other markets as well:
