WE PROVIDE:
Comforters and pillows for all beds. Kitchens
stocked with glasses, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery,
toaster, tea pot, and kettle. There are also
barbeque utensils and, we supply propane for your
BBQ.
To help you get
settled in smoothly, we include a tea towel and dishcloth, bathmat,
salt & pepper, dish detergent, powdered cleanser, and one courtesy
roll each of toilet paper and paper towel.
YOU BRING:
Your food and
beverages, bed and bath linens, and blankets, beach
towels, and beach blankets.

THE GROUNDS
Birch Haven By the
Beach is a Private Cottage Courtyard, well treed and
very nicely landscaped. There are places to sit and
relax, and areas for games.
This is the perfect
playground for your unforgettable summer vacation. |

FIRE PIT
Once each week, weather
permitting, we get a fire going around dusk. Since there
are stringent fire regulations enforced at Wasaga Beach,
we manage all the fires personally.
Since the little ones
love the fire (and eating the marshmallows), at least
one parent needs to be right there with them to ensure
their safety and oversee the snacking.

The rate is based on a
maximum of 2 people per bed, size of cottage,
upgrade

Parking for 1 car per
unit is included.

All rates are current
but are subject to change without notice.

All rates subject to
taxes (5% GST & 5% PST).

Discount for
repetitive customer.
-
20% discount for
Valentine day, Easter.
-
10% discount for
anniversary, group of 20 to 30.
-
20%-30% discount for
group of 40 to 60.
Special price is available for contractors, golfers,
fisherman, snowmobilers, skiers.

DEPOSIT:

$200.00 deposit for
all weekly rent is required. All reservation could
be made cash, check (if bounced check a fee of $30
applies), credit or visa card.

No refund within 45
days of booked date. Prior to that $50 admin fee
will applied.

The deposit for
long weekend reservation must be made with a credit
card or cash.
-
For long weekend
minimum stay required and no cancellations or
refunds.
