General Information
Operation Dates: May to Mid October

We are located directly on Wasaga Beach, at Beach Area 2, with the Provincial Park on 2 sides of our property. The third side is the beautiful golden sand beach with its gentle shallow waters, ideal for children. This 14 kilometre beach is said to be the longest fresh water beach in the world.
 
Arial View of Wasaga Beach Ideal for families, Black Forest Cottages provides a quiet and relaxing atmosphere within the hustle and bustle of one of Ontario's most popular resort towns, Wasaga Beach. The area's many forms of entertainment for people of all ages, from swimming, golfing, go-carting, paint ball, hiking, biking, sea-doo rentals and fishing charters to dining, quiet walks and spectacular sunsets.

The downtown strip is a 10-12 minute walk along the sand, and restaurants, gas stations, convenience stores, local post office, banks, restaurants, supermarkets and the liquor and beer stores are within a 4 minute drive.

All of our units are fully equipped for light housekeeping with flush toilets, 1 double bed in each bedroom, linens, pillows, blankets, 2 towels per bedroom, colour cable TV, kitchen utensils, coffee-maker, toaster, microwave and charcoal BBQ. The cottages and apartments are clean and well maintained and guests are asked to leave them in reasonably clean condition.

Black Forest Cottages is located on the beachfront at Beach Area Two. 
From Hwy. 26:
Mosley Street to 12th Street. 
From Hwy. 27:
You will enter town on Main Street.
At the bottom of Main Street, (You'll see Georgian Bay) turn left. This is Mosley Street. 
Continue along Mosley Street till you reach 12th. Turn right.

Black Forest Week
Begins Saturday at 2:00 p.m. and ends the following Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Black Forest Cottages appreciates your promptness to ensure cottages are vacated by 10:00 a.m. to allow preparation time for incoming families.

Deposit
A deposit of $300.00 per unit per week reserved is required. Deposit by cheque must be received a minimum of 30 days before your reserved date. Do not mail cash. We accept Visa and Mastercard. No reservation will be guaranteed without a deposit. No refunds will be made without 90 days notice of cancellation.

Balance
The reservation balance is to be paid in full upon arrival by cash, Visa or MasterCard. We will NOT accept cheques or Traveller's Cheques. All prices are subject to applicable taxes. A security deposit may be required.

Rules & Regulations
Maximum Occupancy
One person allowed per sleeping space. Each occupant's name and, if applicable, vehicle license number must be on the registration form. Unregistered Vehicles will be towed at owner's expense. Guests are expected to be familiar with and abide by our facility rules and regulations . The number of persons occupying a cottage or apartment must be stated on the registration card. Absolutely no visitors.
 

Black Forest Cottages reserves the right to reject any application or terminate a reservation at any time at their discretion.
