In order to achieve this, our guests are asked to adhere to the following rules:

1. Check-in and check-out times
Check-in begins at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday
Check-out by 10:00 am. on Saturday

2. Parking
One parking spot PER BEDROOM is provided. Extra vehicles will be towed at owner's expense.

3. Children
We love to have children as guest; a playground is provided for their enjoyment. Parents or guardians must supervise their children at all times.

4. Use of cottages, contents & equipment
Guests are asked to treat cottages, contents and equipment as if they were their own. Normal wear and tear is to be expected. We will be forced to charge extra for an excessive abuse or destruction.

5. Pets
Pets are not permitted on the premises.

6. Excessive noise
Excessive noise, loud music, all day and late night partying are not permitted.

7. Any visitors allowed from management
Absolutely NO Visitors except as arranged with and approved by management and listed on registration form.

Please obey the laws and by-laws of our municipality, and also the laws of the Province of Ontario governing the beach area and the provincial parks.
The above rules and regulations are in place in order to insure the enjoyment of all our guests. The management of Black Forest Cottages will enforce all rules and regulations; anyone in violation of these rules and regulations will be asked to leave the property.
