Our rental fee is $3.00/person which includes the use of the boardroom facilities, with fresh coffee and doughnuts twice a day. The boardroom can comfortably accommodate 35 people. In addition, we have a lower level lounge which holds 200 people.

Our commercial rates are as follows:

Double occupancy:

Room: $40.00 per person per night/ plus 5% PST & 7% GST.
Meals: $30.00 per person per day plus 8% PST and 15% gratuities plus 7% GST .

Total cost is $84.45 per person.

Single occupancy:

Room: $50.00 per person per night/ plus 5% PST and 7% GST.
Meals: $30.00 per person per day plus 8% PST and 15% gratuities plus 7% GST.

Total cost is $95.65 per person

We also offer Boardroom facilities equipped with a flip chart, full projection screen, VCR, television and private washrooms.
