This week we are speaking with Iva Kirby of Kirby's Complete Flooring Centre

Kirby's Complete Flooring Centre is owned and operated by Mark and Iva Kirby, 2 of the friendliest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. When you walk into their shop, you are immediately greeted by the sight of their office which sits in the back right-hand corner of the room. My first thought when I saw that was that there is always someone there to help you if needed but you can avoid that testy situation of a salesperson following you about the store as you browse. While Mark, Iva and staff take care of their day to day operations, the customer is within calling distance.

Future Goals: We are planning on expanding our products   and our services and eventually getting  an even larger facility
 
Favourite Customer:  One that asks questions, funloving, open to suggestions
 
Biggest Hurdle To Overcome:  Overcoming the negative comments  about how we would not survive our first year.
