The deceptively professional looking letter and cheque for a large amount of money (Ours was for $3,890) arrives by regular mail with instructions to cash the cheque and send money by Western Union. Don't be fooled!

Triangle factory fireI don't usually write about this type of subject here on Wasaga.com. The focus of this site has always been local with the occasional musing about newsworthy items but for the most part I leave the serious reporting and opining to the pros. But, I couldn't in good conscience remain mute after hearing about the horrendous factory fire in Bangladesh which has so far claimed the lives of at 112 people and is likely to claim more as others succumb to their injuries.
