Only a 1 minute drive from beach area one and the main strip or a 5 minute walk to New Wasaga Beach (family beach). Secluded enough to offer privacy and quiet, close enough to enjoy the best Wasaga Beach has to offer!
Wasaga Sands Cottages Facilities Include:
- 1 and 2 bedroom cottages equipped with 4 piece bathrooms, colour TV, air conditioners and more.
- Can accept large groups (up to 70 people)
- 4 piece bathrooms
- Units come with kitchenettes (half sized fridge, two burners on top and sink in one unit.)

- Air Conditioner
- All cottage are equipped with a bed couch or futon that folds out to a double bed
- Picnic table outside each cottage
