Tree By-Law needed says Resident
Editor: Tree cutting by-laws are an important way to maintain the beauty of our community, contribute to cleaner air and protect property values. Inadequate by-laws leave us open to unscrupulous cutting practices the likes of which we experienced with the Stonebridge development.
