Angie's Place
Genevieve Griffin says:
A hidden gem in Wasaga Beach!! I have lived
in the beach for a few years now and just
recently came across Angie's Place. It is a
take-out only place off the beaten path. The
food is great and the price is right. I had
the Goat curry with roti and the fried
plantain. Both were really good. There was
plenty of meat in the curry and the plantain
were so yummy! Give it a try.
Beverley's On
Main
Anonymous says:
I so love this restaurant. The food is fresh
and piping hot. Very flavorful and the
waitresses are delightful. Have been there
for both lunch and dinner. Lunch menu is
very reasonable and a great selection. Can't
wait to go back.
Laura & Dave say:
Very nice surprise, the best home cooked
food anywhere in Wasaga Beach as far as
we're concerned. Excellent service. Fair
prices. Go early or later as there could be
a line but it's worth the wait. !
The Beacon
BILBROUGH,A.J. says:
The Beacon--First time in restaurant. on Fri
eve Sep.9. Best hamburger I've ever
tasted-great tasting paddie, bun not too
thick. I'm ready to try it again .
Dairy Queen
Norma Penny says:
Dairy Queen - I had to call the health
department because they did not wash their
hands after handling money and opening
boxes, etc. and before making a banana
split. The clerk peeled the banana then held
it in her dirty hands. Yuck! The manager
told me that they can not wash their hands
before handling food because it would hold
up service. Well the health department had
to tell them that they HAD to wash their
hands before handling food.
Fiona’s Bakeshop & Tea Room
Alin says:
I had an early breakfast (freshly baked
croissant and coffee). It was a very good
treat. They only accept cash.
Georgian Circle Restaurant
Loraine Obrien says:
Comments: I ate there one and once only it
was the slowest service i ever had , also
the food was nothing to speak of . I have
had better food from street meat vendors.
Goodie's Cafe
Norma Penny says:
Comments: Food was just
so-so, nothing to write home about. The
service however is worse than terrible.
On our first visit e were the only customers
yet the waitress made us sit at the table
she chose. It was set inside an alcove and
we felt claustrophobic.
Montana's
Cookhouse
Bob Miller says:
Comments: Montana's Cookhouse - We had
burgers and fries ,caesar salad , all was
great , good srevice also , I would

Julie Herrick says:

julie ( Grimsby England)
Suzanne says:
Comments: Mr. Norm's Nephews frozen yogurt
is THE BEST!! as a kid we rented the same
cottage every year in wasaga. we went there
every night!! it was a tradition would love
to go back! its THE BEST!
Tracy from Caledon says:
Comments: The BEST ice cream ever! The
possibilities are endless. Been going there
since I was a little girl, and now I bring
my kids there.
NannerGirl says:
Comments: Mr. Norm's Nephew is the best
place for ice cream! A visit from our city
friends and family would not be complete
without an introduction to Mr. Norm's. The
staff is always in a good mood, however we
are still unable to get Mr. Norm's Nephew's
favourite flavour combo. A weekly treat for
us!
Pizza Dee's
Leah McFdyen says:
Comments: Pizza Dee's has the best Italian
food in wasaga beach. they do more then just
pizza they do a full italian menu of
different foods that the whole family will
enjoy.
Mary says:
Comments: Pizza Dees... Disgusting!!! Aside
from the general unclean looking appearance,
dirty silverware and the unstable & wobbly
tables; the french onion soup - thick, salty
with floating salad croutons?? What is that
about. Cancelled meal after appetizers
arrived. Out of there...
Pizza Depot
Maria says:
Comments: Pizza Depot, great pizza! Just the
way I like it "pepperoni, bacon, green
olives" - prices are very resonable.
Riviera Steakhouse Bar And Grill
Norma Penny says:
Comments: Riviera
Steakhouse Bar & Grill - We finally found a
local restaurant that serves a tasty
breakfast. Their homefries actually were
seasoned, not like the bland ones other
places serve.
We had been searching for a place to go to
when we had to do fasting the night before
in order to have bloodwork done the next
morning. As the lab is in in Collingwoodand
it was nice to stop off at The Riviera for a
great breakfast on our way back to the beach
Unfortunately, one visit was all we were
able to have there for breakfast before they
changed their hours ... they now open at
4:00 p.m. so we can no longer stop there for
breakfast. As we seldom eat out for dinner
we won't have any reason to eat there again.
So sad.
T. Kay says:
Comments: Riviera Steak House, Collingwood.
Slow, slow, slow service. We waited 2.5
hours and still did not get our meals. Other
tables around us waited equally long. Our
patience ran out, so we left. Hence, cannot
comment on food quality. (Hint: take along a
good book).
Comments: Great food,
reasonable prices.....if you are looking for
a great meal, candle light and fantastic
service. Check it out . They are open at 5
for dinner. They are open for breakfast on
the weekends 9am I had the eggs benedict, it
was an outstanding experience
............They are located on the highway
from Wasaga beach to Collingwood phone #
446-9777 tell them Loraine recommended it.
You won't be disappointed. They have a lot
of seafood too.
Stud's Lonigans
Loraine OBrien says:
Comments: I just moved to the Beach, I went
to Stud and found the food great and the
staff fantastic. I would recommend it to any
one check it out u will love it. And the

in the beach, yah the wings are great to,
