Rates

• Weekly Rates:
  June through September: -$1500.00/week
  - Check-in Saturday 3:00p.m.
  - Check-out Saturday 11:00a.m.
   
• Daily rates:
  - $225.00/day
  - Price based on two adults occupying cottage.
  - Minimum two night stay.
  - Each additional person - a flat rate of $20.00/person
  - Check-in 3:00p.m.
  - Check-out 11:00a.m.

• Available May long weekend and some off season. Please call for pricing and dates available.
• A $250.00 safety deposit is required to confirm your booking. This is a non-refundable deposit should cancellation occur without two weeks given notice of the arrival date.

This is a adult orientated, family rental cottage. Any self-misrepresentation will result in immediate cancellation and eviction without return of deposits.
